The Digital Inclusion Network is a UK-wide membership programme that has been established to support organisations and groups delivering digital courses and sessions for people in later life. Many of the member organisations are involved in MyFriends Online Week.
The Network aims to:
- Give people in later life the opportunity to work with computers and introduce them to the internet, as well as offering learning on other types of digital technologies.
- Develop, encourage, and share approaches for getting people online in later life.
- Provide a channel for discussion, debate and engagement on digital inclusion issues at a local, regional and national level.
